Left.  When you want complete control over a train horn, this manual valve is the answer. You can admit the air to the horns very gradually so that the blast won't be startling. You can also open the valve just part way so that if you don't need the full power of the horn you can sound it at reduced level. The electric solenoid valves are either fully closed or fully open. They don't give you fine control over the horn. This valve, the same as is used on many locomotives, is the exact item you need for properly and accurately controling a train horn. Handle includes a hole for attaching a lanyard if desired.
